Chris Sheridan

Mounted Shooter • Firefighter • Army Veteran

From the firehouse to the fairgrounds, Chris Sheridan brings precision and passion to everything he does. A Firefighter/Paramedic in Lexington, KY, and veteran of the Kentucky Army National Guard, Chris found his way to horses through his wife Shelly and the rest, as they say, is history.

Since taking up Cowboy Mounted Shooting in 2019, Chris has risen fast in the ranks. In 2023, he ranked 27th overall in CMSA points, claimed the Men’s Level 4 Class title, and earned Midwest Region High Point Champion and Kentucky Rifle Class winner honors. Whether he's hauling cross country or prepping for a weekend jackpot, Chris rolls deep with purpose, grit, and good horses.

Now joined by their daughter Sawyer, Chris and Shelly are building a family legacy in the arena and on the road.

“Our Performance Stall Mats have seen it all concrete, gravel, you name it. They’re lightweight, tough, and give our horses the comfort they need no matter where we land. We never haul without them.”

Chris runs 5x10 mats and swears by their durability for both quick day trips and long stretches on the circuit.
